Uncle Curt is one of the entertainers who we are scheduling for this year's event.

Hello Everyone!
I have set the date for the committee meeting and it is Friday, October 2, 2009 from 2-4pm at the Goochland County Library. We will need to discuss the delegation of tasks to be done at the event itself, pricing, as well as volunteering some equipment that we may need, --i.e. propane grill for the hotdogs, crock-pot, etc. If anyone cannot make this meeting please contact me either here or by phone and I will update you on the discussions. I understand that we all lead lives outside of Trunk or Treat but it is vital that we all try to attend this meeting. Thank you for all of your cooperation and I hope to see you there.
