Trunk or Treat 2011 is Saturday October 22

Celebrate Halloween this year country style! Cover your car with Halloween decorations, bring your favorite treats to eat, bring candy to share, dress up in your costumes, and join us for the fun! Costume contest for the children and teachers, DJ, hayride, and a car decorating contest! Don’t know what Trunk or Treat is? Not to worry! Date: Saturday, October 22, 2011, **RAIN DATE: Sunday, October 23, 2011**
Place: Goochland Elementary School Track, Time: 5:00 - 7:30 p.m.

In the event of a rain cancellation, you will receive a phone message from GES and our event will take place on Sunday, October 23, 2011.

Gates will be open for parking between 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. Vehicles MUST be parked by 5:00 p.m. and may not leave before 7:30 p.m. to ensure everyone’s safety. There will be no late parking admission to the event.

White Hawk Music Café will be providing our dinner and snack menu. Food and beverage for purchase (cash or checks) include hot dogs, hamburgers, kettle chips, chili, mac-n-cheese, variety of sandwich wraps, desserts, coffee, cider, soda, water, and the like.

School Spirit Wear Sweatshirts will be available for purchase (cash or checks).

Tickets:  Please detach the slip below along with payment, checks made payable to GES PTA, and return to school no later than Monday, October 17, 2011. 
Upon receipt, your tickets will be sent back to your attention by 10/21 through your child's teacher.
$5.00 per car if purchased prior to 10/18---$7.00 at the gate
$3.00 per person (including parents/guardians) for “walk-in” if purchased prior to 10/18---$5.00 at the gate
